1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RankBharat’s website, mobile/PWA application and services (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be capable of forming a legally binding contract under applicable law to use the Platform. If you are a minor, you may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

RankBharat offers free features and paid Premium plans. Premium payments are processed through our payment gateway (Razorpay). Prices, features and plan durations may change from time to time. On successful payment, Premium access is activated to your account as described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

5. Licence to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Platform for your own exam preparation. This licence does not permit any commercial use or resale.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

copy, distribute, resell, publicly display or reproduce content from the Platform;
share, sell or transfer your account or Premium access to others;
scrape, data-mine, reverse engineer or attempt to disrupt the Platform;
use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose;
upload harmful code or interfere with other users’ experience.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including questions, explanations, text, design, logos and software — is owned by or licensed to RankBharat and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use it except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

8. Independence and No Guarantee

RankBharat is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with SSC, UPSC, RRB, IBPS, SBI, UPPRPB, UPTET, UPPSC or any government exam authority. Content is provided for practice and learning only. We do not guarantee any selection, marks, rank, job placement or examination outcome, and we do not warrant that content is error-free or always available. Always verify official information (such as exam dates, patterns and vacancies) with the relevant conducting body.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankBharat and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
